When you partner with a Realtor to sell your home in Mustang, OK, you have a lot of options. So here are a few things that make Keith Home Team a great partner.

Sell the house yourself, while it's listed with us, and pay NO commission. This doesn't apply to a buyer exposed to the property by my office, another agent or through our marketing efforts. If you do procure a buyer and still want us to handle the transaction from contract to close then just let us know and we will work out a compensation plan based on what you need at that time.
2.
Cancel your listing at any time. If for some reason we do not provide 100% satisfactory service, just let us know. We promise to remedy the situation within 24 hours. If you are still not satisfied, we will release you unconditionally from the listing agreement with no further obligation. You can FIRE us!
3.
Flexible commission schedule. Many Realtors have a very rigid commission schedule that is not in touch with today's fast-paced market but we are willing to compete and beat any other Realtor that can offer what we offer at a cheaper price. The commission varies depending on when the house is sold, who sells the house and whether or not we are selling/buying your next home.
4.
Sold or we BUY IT. Similar to our immediate buyout program, this offer would be under the market value, depending on the condition and location of the house. An offer would be provided within 72 hours, and valid for up to 90 days. This option gives you an opportunity to list your home on the market and try to obtain top dollar for your home, but at any time within the 90-day window, you can choose to accept the Buy Out Offer. You are never locked into accepting it. *Some restrictions may apply.
